About the role

As a working student in Strategy & Project Management, you will support the board in analyzing strategic issues and developing hotel and resort locations. You will assist in creating business cases, managing corporate projects, and optimizing internal processes. This role offers direct insights into entrepreneurial decision-making and strategic transformation within a family-run hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of strategic issues and the development of hotel and resort locations
• Work closely with the board on strategic and operational tasks
• Create economic analyses and investment evaluations to support decision-making
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of central corporate projects
• Contribute to the optimization of internal structures and cross-site collaboration
• Prepare complex information for management and board presentations
