Production Manager

About the role

As a Production Manager, you will drive the success of the Productions managed services wing for one or multiple language teams. You will onboard and train linguists, build quality control systems, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize content creation tools. This role involves defining editorial standards and creative direction for dubbing, audiobooks, and other audio projects.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and training linguists and other audio professionals to use the ElevenLabs platform
• Building quality control and monitoring systems to ensure professional-grade content delivery
• Working with product and engineering teams to optimize tools and processes for high-quality content creation
• Defining editorial lines and setting creative direction including style guides, voice casting, and translation principles
