Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager drives the success of the Productions managed services wing for one or multiple language teams. This role involves onboarding and training audio professionals, establishing quality control systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to optimize content creation tools. You will define the editorial line and creative direction for dubbing, audiobooks, and other media projects.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train linguists and producers to use the ElevenLabs platform
• Build quality control and monitoring systems to ensure professional-grade content
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize tools and processes
• Define editorial lines and creative direction including style guides and voice casting
