Senior Expansion Manager

About the role

As a Senior Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and securing prime locations for the next generation of fast-charging stations in the Eastern region of Germany. You will build long-term partnerships with property owners, developers, and municipalities while managing the end-to-end site acquisition process. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable mobility while leading a small regional team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate attractive locations for fast-charging stations based on visibility, accessibility, and economic potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, project developers, companies, and municipalities.
• Lead negotiations for lease, rental, or purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including architecture, legal, construction, and operations to bring projects to fruition.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members within the regional team.
