Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Value & Adoption Lead, you will bridge the gap between technical deployment and business value realization for strategic accounts. You will drive the adoption of Cognite's industrial AI solutions, ensuring they are integrated into the daily operations of engineers and management teams. Your role involves structuring adoption programs, diagnosing usage barriers, and aligning operational KPIs with technological capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Piloting value creation and tracking across retention, user activation, process integration, and business results.
• Structuring adoption and support programs, including training and knowledge transfer.
• Mobilizing and training internal key users and opinion leaders on client sites.
• Diagnosing and resolving usage bottlenecks through cross-functional coordination.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to client leadership to translate technical concepts into economic impact.
• Industrializing the Value & Adoption methodology by creating reusable playbooks and diagnostic tools.
