Compliance Engineer

About the role

Playson is seeking a Software Developer to own the technical side of compliance and game certification. You will build and evolve a secure compliance pipeline to automate evidence collection, ensuring that games and platform changes are shipped faster and safer. This role involves acting as the technical authority during audits, certification lab sessions, and regulatory assessments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a secure, automated compliance pipeline to replace manual evidence collection.
• Manage the technical side of game certification, including producing build hashes, PAR sheets, and configuration snapshots.
• Defend technical implementations during interactions with certification labs, ISO assessors, and future SOC 2 auditors.
• Enforce release gates by verifying that all deficiencies are closed before product deployment.
• Collaborate with math, QA, platform, and SRE teams to ensure code and supporting evidence remain aligned.
