Senior Field Application Engineer

About the role

Innatera is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to support product development and customer implementation for their neuromorphic processors. The role involves bridging the gap between market needs and internal engineering teams while providing technical guidance to customers. You will act as a primary technical advisor, assisting with design-in processes and translating field feedback into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements.
• Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management.
• Assist customers in accelerating their development and resolving technical issues.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and on-site support for tools and software.
• Guide customers through architecture and schematic reviews and design-in support.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate technology value.
• Collaborate with SDK/EDK, architecture, and product owner teams.
