About the role
DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP to automate accounting processes for finance teams. As a Solutions Consultant, you will translate complex accounting workflows into product solutions, lead discovery calls, and manage technical objections during the sales process. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls to diagnose prospect pain points in close process, ERP limitations, and integration requirements
- Run product demos tailored to each prospect’s workflows, data, and success criteria
- Own technical objections across integrations, data migration, security, and reporting
- Build proof-of-concepts and demo environments for different verticals
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap with customer insights
- Develop scalable solutions consultant processes and playbooks
