About the role

As an intern in the People & Culture team, you will gain a 360-degree insight into the work of a People & Culture Business Partner. You will support the entire employee life cycle, from recruiting and onboarding to internal communication and culture initiatives. You will also take responsibility for administrative tasks and data preparation to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize job advertisements
• Screen profiles and applications
• Research target groups and recruitment channels
• Support onboarding processes and internal communication
• Assist in the conception of learning formats and culture initiatives
• Prepare data for evaluations and presentations

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field
• Previous practical experience through internships or working student positions
