About the role
The Billing & Estimation Executive manages project costs by preparing detailed quantity estimates, Bills of Quantities, and rate analyses. This role ensures project profitability by certifying contractor and subcontractor bills, tracking variations, and verifying work progress with site engineers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and ongoing construction projects.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and perform rate analyses.
- Certify contractor and subcontractor bills to ensure financial accuracy.
- Track project variations and cost changes throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Coordinate with site engineers to verify work progress on-site.
