Human Design Program Lead

About the role

The Human Design Program Lead acts as the single point of accountability for the successful enablement and implementation of culture and ways of working transformation for Kraken's clients. This role involves managing senior client relationships, leading top-down cultural transformation, and providing C-suite leadership coaching. The position serves as a bridge between new clients and best practice success stories to ensure consistent delivery across a regional portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing senior client relationships and lead end-to-end pursuits, sales, and onboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for a regional portfolio of approximately four clients.
• Provide C-suite leadership coaching and enablement to drive cultural transformation.
• Lead initial sprint setups, including activities such as culture surveys and executive leadership development programs.
• Liaise with Global Practice Leads to integrate best practices into client programs.
• Provide senior oversight for Human Design activities throughout migration, including risk monitoring and escalation.
• Embody and promote Kraken's ways of working to ensure a consistent experience across the portfolio.
