Team Lead E-Commerce

About the role

The Team Lead E-Commerce will be responsible for the entire e-commerce business and the international rollout of the online flagship stores. This role involves leading a team of approximately 15 employees, including country managers, CRM specialists, developers, designers, and customer support, while reporting directly to the management board. The primary objective is to drive growth in digital direct-to-consumer sales and continuously optimize the e-commerce presence and CRM activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage global digital flagship stores and direct-to-consumer sales.
• Drive geographical expansion of digital flagship stores into new countries.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 employees.
• Continuously develop the e-commerce presence and CRM strategies.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and manage CRM-related revenue and costs.
