Senior Product Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will own business problems end-to-end, from initial conversation to production. You will build backend services, AI agents, and user interfaces to support global trade operations, ensuring data reliability and system safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment, setting technical standards and mentoring other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own business problems from first conversation to production and beyond.
• Build backend services for pricing, inventory, orders, and integrations.
• Build AI agents and the tools and APIs they use, ensuring safety through validation and audit trails.
• Design and build interfaces for commercial teams to review and approve agent decisions.
• Turn messy external data into trustworthy data for the business.
• Measure the effectiveness of shipped features and monitor LLM-driven workflows.
• Lead technical decisions, write trade-offs, and mentor other engineers.
