About the role

BAM Communication GmbH is seeking an intern to support their event team for a six-month period starting in March 2027. The role involves assisting with the conceptualization, planning, and execution of events within a dynamic, lifestyle-focused agency environment. The intern will gain experience in project coordination, guest management, and general office operations.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Events.
• Erster Einblick in die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Newslettergestaltung.
• Unterstützung bei der Koordination interner und externer Organisations- und Produktionsabläufe.
• Recherchetätigkeiten.
• Unterstützung beim Guest-Management.
• Allgemeine Backoffice-Tätigkeiten für den gesamten Agenturbereich.
