About the role

The Technical Property Manager is responsible for the ongoing operation, monitoring, and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. This role involves conducting site inspections, coordinating external service providers, managing technical projects such as renovations, and ensuring compliance with legal inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor residential and commercial properties during ongoing operations
• Conduct property inspections and assess maintenance requirements
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and damage management with external service providers and contractors
• Ensure compliance with legal inspection obligations and safety regulations
• Manage technical projects including building conversions and modernizations
• Document measures and maintain maintenance schedules
