Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will join the Engineering Recruiting team to partner with senior tech and product leaders. This role focuses on designing strategies to attract, assess, and hire world-class technical talent across global markets to support the development of Deliveroo's technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior end-to-end hiring for critical technical positions including Principal Engineers, Staff Engineers, and Engineering Leadership.
• Act as a trusted business advisor to Heads of Engineering, Product, and People to shape hiring strategy.
• Drive data-led strategy by turning market intelligence and recruiting metrics into actionable insights.
• Optimise recruiting operations by refining assessment frameworks and streamlining interview calibration.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
