Senior Software Engineer

About the role

You will join a flat-structured engineering team as a forward-deployed or product-focused engineer working on the front line of key accounts. You will own problems end-to-end, from talking to users and designing solutions to shipping and evaluating results. The role involves building AI-native data collection tools to simplify field inspections for industrial workers.

Responsibilities

• Build systems that process voice notes, photos, and videos to proactively generate reports.
• Engineer methods to feed context to AI models, including storage, retrieval, and selection of standards and media.
• Evolve the workflow builder into self-evolving software.
• Design product architecture, focusing on unstructured data flow, AI integration, and seamless offline-to-online behavior.
