Solutions Architect

About the role

Pigment is seeking a Solutions Architect to work with customers to transform their existing business problems and spreadsheets into sophisticated multi-dimensional models. You will act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team, ensuring the development of a high-quality planning platform while leading cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document business requirements
• Design and build Pigment applications
• Train and co-build with customers to ensure self-sufficiency
• Participate in and lead UAT and deployment
• Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve methodology and processes
