Chief of Staff Go to Market

About the role

As Chief of Staff to the Go-to-Market Director, you will serve as the operational backbone for the go-to-market engine across all markets. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, manage performance data and KPIs, and design the systems and processes necessary to keep complex initiatives on track. This role requires a proactive individual who can act as a trusted right hand to leadership while ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational rhythm of the Go-to-Market Director's agenda and translate strategic priorities into concrete plans.
• Track performance data and KPIs across all markets to surface decision-ready insights.
• Design project management architecture, systems, and processes to support multi-market initiatives.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure cross-functional initiatives remain on track.
• Represent the Go-to-Market Director's priorities in internal communications and correspondence.
