About the role

Collana health AG acts as a digital competence center for the Swiss healthcare sector, supporting hospitals and clinics through all phases of digitalization. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead IT transformation projects, provide strategic advice, and manage the implementation of complex IT solutions. You will act as a key interface between technical teams and healthcare clients to improve efficiency and care quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and IT projects within the healthcare sector
• Provide strategic and operational consulting to hospitals, clinics, and care institutions
• Conduct requirements analysis, process design, and conceptualization of IT solutions
• Manage the implementation of ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Oversee pre-sales activities, proposal development, and stakeholder management
• Ensure technical and functional quality through test management and change management
• Facilitate the transition of solutions into operations and managed services
