Responsibilities

• Coordinate camper van operations from preparation to return
• Perform vehicle preparation and support the team with hands-on tasks
• Provide professional guidance, instruction, and motivation to team members
• Conduct training and support team development
• Inspect returned vehicles, document issues, and coordinate repairs with partners
