About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead large-scale IT projects with societal relevance using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies. You will work within interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into digital solutions and act as a Product Owner in agile setups. Your role involves managing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and advising clients on digital transformation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Realize large-scale IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methods.
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes within interdisciplinary teams.
• Act as a Product Owner in agile project setups.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and interface between internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital solution implementation.
• Identify optimization potential and drive change management processes.
