About the role

Klub44 is a non-profit startup focused on digital youth participation through their app, which connects young people with local leisure and career orientation opportunities. As a Project Manager for Cooperations, you will oversee operational projects with municipalities, schools, and foundations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will balance external partner management with internal process optimization to ensure the platform remains scalable.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing cooperation projects from kick-off to completion.
• Plan milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines while proactively managing risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project partners in municipalities, schools, and foundations.
• Onboard new partners using standardized processes and develop playbooks and templates.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide transparent reporting on project status and impact data.
