Senior Sales Manager - Digital Solutions

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will drive strategic new business development by actively engaging with mid-sized companies to identify digital challenges and propose tailored solutions. You will act as a consultant and closer, translating complex technical requirements into tangible business value while collaborating with internal strategy, UX/UI, and development teams. This role requires a proactive hunter mentality to generate opportunities and build sustainable client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire strategically relevant new clients through personal networks, events, and direct outreach.
• Qualify leads, conduct in-depth needs analysis, and develop concrete opportunities.
• Define target groups and ideal customers in collaboration with the Sales Development team.
• Consult on digital solutions including website relaunches, software projects, and AI products.
• Develop solution concepts, calculations, and proposals in coordination with technical teams.
• Present offers, conduct negotiations, and manage projects through to closing.
• Manage existing client accounts to identify cross-selling and upselling potential.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to the evolution of sales strategies.
