Trainee Recruiter

About the role

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will conduct structured qualification interviews with candidates generated through social media campaigns for our clients. You will assess candidates for professional and personal fit, manage interview scheduling, and document results within our applicant management system. This role involves working closely with project managers to ensure only suitable candidates are presented to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone preliminary interviews with candidates generated through campaigns
• Assess candidate suitability based on clear criteria
• Perform pre-selection and organize interviews with clients
• Document all interview results carefully in the applicant management system
• Provide candidates with relevant information about the job and the employer
• Work according to fixed interview guides and standardized processes
