About the role

The company is seeking a dedicated Bilanzbuchhalter to join their finance team in Munich. The role involves managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB, supporting group consolidation, and optimizing accounting processes. The successful candidate will act as a key contact for auditors and tax advisors while contributing to the digitalization of finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses einschließlich Konsolidierung von Tochtergesellschaften
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Abschlussqualität sowie termingerechter Reporting- und Abschlussprozesse
• Durchführung von Konten-, Intercompany- und Saldenabstimmungen
• Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Betriebsprüfer sowie interne Fachabteilungen
• Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Accounting- und Finance-Prozessen

Qualifications

• Weiterbildung zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
