Supply Chain Tech - Center of Excellence

About the role

The Tech Lead/Architect for the Supply Chain Center of Excellence will own the technical architecture of Cognite's Integrated Supply Chain offering, including knowledge graphs, generative AI agents, and command-center UX. This role involves acting as a subject-matter expert to model customer supply chains and engineer domain expertise into deterministic, testable AI playbooks. The position requires balancing high-level executive communication with hands-on technical development and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Align the Center of Excellence on high-impact use cases and deploy them as customer solutions.
• Lead customer modeling sessions to demonstrate how data models and hierarchies scale.
• Guide customers on adopting the graph, AI, and UI stack including integration patterns.
• Convert domain expertise into structured AI skills with fixed parameters and guardrails.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex queries and own testing and evaluation frameworks.
• Support architecture reviews and quantify commercial impact for executive business cases.
• Equip partners with reusable demos and maintain consistent terminology across documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in industrial supply chain
• 5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or delivery for enterprise software
