Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will manage multiple projects in parallel, coordinating with technical teams and guiding customers through configuration, testing, and go-live processes. This role requires a blend of technical, process, and communication skills to drive autonomous operations for finance and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations end to end: kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel at different stages, and keep every one of them on date.
• Work with customers on their processes, and flag early where a process assumption will not hold.
• Coordinate the specialists on your projects: Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers and AI Automation Specialists.
• Own scope actively and handle change requests deliberately.
• Keep the project inside its budget and raise issues early when effort is drifting.
• Hand over projects cleanly at go-live to consultants and support organization.
