About the role

The Senior Performance Video Creative will concept, produce, and ship paid video assets for Kraken and Krak. This role focuses on performance-driven creative, utilizing generative AI as a core production method to create high-converting content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to iterate on creative based on performance data and testing results.

Responsibilities

• Own paid video production for product launches, campaigns, and always-on activity across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
• Concept and cut performance video into complete cross-format sets tailored to platform-specific requirements.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video content while building repeatable workflows for the team.
• Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts and experimental ideas alongside standard work.
• Version and localize video assets at scale across various markets, languages, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to inform creative decisions and future iterations.
• Partner with product marketing, compliance, and regional teams to ensure creative approval and brand alignment.
