About the role

The Senior Performance Video Creative will concept, produce, and ship paid video assets for Kraken and Krak across various digital channels. This role focuses on performance-driven creative, utilizing generative AI as a core production method to deliver high-quality, multi-market assets. The individual will work closely with marketing and product teams to translate growth strategies into effective, platform-native video content.

Responsibilities

• Own paid video production for product launches, campaigns, and always-on activity across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
• Concept and cut performance video into complete cross-format sets while maintaining platform-native feel.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video content and develop repeatable workflows for the team.
• Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts and build successful ideas into creative pillars.
• Version and localize video assets at scale across multiple markets, languages, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze performance marketing test results to form a point of view on creative variants and iterate on future concepts.
• Partner with product marketing, compliance, and regional teams to ensure creative approval while maintaining the integrity of the idea.

Qualifications
