About the role
1zu100 is automating construction planning for multi-unit residential buildings. As a founding engineer, you will build the AI agent harness, data and context layers, and evaluation systems to automate end-to-end construction planning. You will work in a small, high-agency team on real projects that ship immediately.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the layer around the model including memory, tool orchestration, verification, and document generation.
- Transform planning data such as CAD, BIM, and building codes into actionable context.
- Develop evaluation harnesses and benchmarks to measure agent performance against architectural rules.
- Connect to architectural toolchains to drive automated modeling and interoperability.
