About the role

As the central IT contact person, you will be responsible for the technical infrastructure and the ongoing renewal of the server environment. You will independently manage and further develop the IT landscape, ensuring reliable operations and security. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the company's future IT infrastructure with short decision-making paths.

Responsibilities

• Betreuung und Administration der Windows Server Umgebung sowie der eingesetzten virtuellen Maschinen.
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von WLAN, Firewall und weiteren zentralen Komponenten der IT-Infrastruktur.
• Administration von Nutzern, Gruppen und Berechtigungen im Active Directory.
• Mitarbeit beim geplanten Austausch der bestehenden Serverlandschaft und aktive Mitgestaltung der neuen Infrastruktur.
• Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Verbesserung der technischen Sicherheitsstandards.
• Beschaffung, Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Hardware sowie Betreuung des Lizenzmanagements.
• Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen und Problemen im Arbeitsalltag.
