About the role

Seyna is building a talent pool for future Legal Counsel roles. As a member of the Legal team, you will act as a business partner, negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory compliance for insurance products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to finding pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Rédiger, analyser et négocier les contrats et avenants avec nos partenaires
• Rédiger et mettre à jour les notices d'information et autres documents précontractuels et commerciaux
• Faire évoluer les modèles de conventions et autres supports contractuels
• Conseiller les équipes Seyna sur toute question en droit des assurances
• Participer aux négociations avec les partenaires pour la mise en place de partenariats
• Assurer la mise en conformité réglementaire de nos supports contractuels
• Réaliser une veille juridique active en droit des assurances et droit des contrats
