About the role

Phineo is a non-profit platform for strategic social engagement that works to strengthen cross-sector collaboration to achieve greater impact. The Senior Consultant and Program Manager will connect actors from business, civil society, philanthropy, and the public sector to foster cooperation. This role involves managing complex projects, moderating dialogue formats, and leading the Corporate Citizenship working group.

Responsibilities

• Bring together actors from business, civil society, philanthropy, and the public sector to stimulate cooperation with social impact.
• Develop new forms of cross-sector collaboration and moderate dialogue formats.
• Lead the IMPACT COLLECTIVES initiative to connect impact startups with investors and other enablers.
• Manage the Corporate Citizenship working group and acquire new corporate participants.
• Conceptualize, acquire, and manage consulting and cooperation projects.
• Steer complex projects from conception through partner management to implementation and evaluation.
