Consultant / Senior Consultant – Operational & Cyber Resilience

About the role

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Operational & Cyber Resilience, you will support financial industry clients in implementing regulatory requirements, particularly regarding DORA and EBA guidelines. You will work at the intersection of regulation, ICT risk management, operational resilience, and IT governance to analyze existing structures and implement sustainable solutions. The role involves leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance analysis and productivity while maintaining human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Advise financial institutions on the implementation and development of DORA requirements and digital operational resilience.
• Analyze and optimize ICT/IT risk management, IT governance, and ICT/IT control frameworks.
• Support third-party risk management, ICT third-party risk, and outsourcing management from risk analysis to implementation.
• Assist clients with ICT incident management and major ICT incidents, including process and control development.
• Utilize approved AI and automation solutions to improve analysis, documentation, and control activities while ensuring human-in-the-loop verification.
