About the role

Addepar is seeking a transformative leader to oversee the operational administration and integrity of market data. This role involves building and mentoring a high-performing team to evolve market data operations into a best-in-class function supporting a global investment platform.

Responsibilities

• Design the roadmap for Market Data operations and lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Manage and audit user access to market data while ensuring adherence to complex redistribution scenarios and vendor restrictions.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of usage audits to licensors to ensure 100% compliance.
• Oversee daily market data pipeline workflows to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of pricing and reference data feeds.
• Perform internal verification checks to ensure data integrity and resolve exceptions.
• Define and report on key performance indicators through automated dashboards to demonstrate operational health.
