Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Analyze & Report

About the role

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer in the Analyze & Report team, you will focus primarily on backend development to design, build, and operate services that aggregate financial data and deliver client-facing documents. You will take end-to-end ownership of complex features, drive technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying gaps and improving systems within a collaborative, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate backend services in Java and Spring Boot for data aggregation and customer delivery.
• Integrate with Apache Kafka and GCP Pub/Sub for event-driven data flows.
• Build and maintain public APIs and automated document delivery pipelines.
• Contribute to document rendering architecture and develop internal frontend tooling.
• Write SQL and manage relational database schema design and query optimization.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
