Senior Lease Administration Analyst

About the role

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Lease Administration Analyst to manage and optimize our growing portfolio of data center, real estate, and equipment leases. You will ensure lease data integrity, support compliance with ASC 842, IFRS 16, and SOX, and improve reporting within our lease management systems. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage complex contractual obligations and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own lease abstraction and interpretation for complex data center, real estate, and equipment leases.
• Review and approve lease abstractions and data entry completed by Lease Analysts and third-party providers.
• Manage critical lease dates, including renewals, terminations, escalations, and notice deadlines.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and leadership to ensure timely and accurate lease payments.
• Partner with landlords and brokers to resolve billing disputes and reconcile operating expenses and tax charges.
• Perform desk audits of annual operating expense statements to validate charges against lease terms.
• Support lease negotiations, amendments, and legal redlines by providing lease administration expertise.
• Maintain accurate lease data in CoStar and implement improvements to strengthen controls and reporting.

Qualifications
