Hardware Development Engineer - Data Handling System

About the role

Reflex Aerospace is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer to contribute to the advancement of high-performance satellite technology. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop electronics for spacecraft sub-systems, specifically focusing on on-board computing. This role involves the full lifecycle of hardware development, from component selection and circuit design to testing and space environment qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronics for spacecraft sub-systems, with a focus on on-board computing
• Perform component selection, circuit-level design, and simulation
• Execute schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer
• Conduct power and signal integrity analysis and verification
• Perform bring-up, testing, verification, and debugging of PCBs
• Manage testing and space environment qualification of units
