Hardware Development Engineer - Data Handling System

About the role

Reflex Aerospace is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer to contribute to the advancement of high-performance satellite technology. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop electronics for spacecraft sub-systems, focusing on on-board computing and hardware design. This role involves the full lifecycle of electronics development, from component selection and circuit design to testing and space environment qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronics for spacecraft sub-systems, specifically on-board computing.
• Perform component selection, circuit-level design, and simulation.
• Execute schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer.
• Conduct power and signal integrity analysis and verification.
• Perform bring-up, testing, verification, and debugging of PCBs.
• Manage testing and space environment qualification of units.
