Talent Analyst Specialist

About the role

The Talent Analyst Specialist will build the talent analytics function from the ground up to provide clarity on hiring metrics and headcount planning. This role involves defining data standards, automating reporting, and managing employer branding collateral to improve candidate conversion. You will partner with Finance and leadership to ensure data integrity and actionable insights across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build the talent analytics function, including metric definitions and dashboards for recruiters and leaders.
• Define and track talent KPIs such as time to fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.
• Develop and implement data quality standards across the talent tool stack.
• Partner with Finance to track and forecast headcount and maintain a single source of truth for roles.
• Manage the lifecycle of employer branding assets and design candidate-facing collateral.
