Product Owner

About the role

As a Product Owner within the IT department, you will manage a portfolio of collaborative tools used by teams across Europe, the United States, and Japan. You will define the vision, drive the evolution, and maximize the adoption of solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Koddex. Acting as an interface between business units, IT teams, and external partners, you will support the company's digital transformation by delivering high-value solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for collaborative tools, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT transformation goals.
• Manage product discovery by gathering needs from users and stakeholders across international locations.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on user impact, technical constraints, and business value.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of product evolutions, from framing to deployment, ensuring quality and security.
• Develop and implement adoption strategies to ensure effective usage and user satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and strategic partners to align roadmaps and service commitments.
