About the role
This role drives UK Right to Work and immigration compliance for activities requiring in-country oversight. Working in partnership with the Bulgaria Shared Services Centre, the specialist owns local employer checks, compliance activities, and Sponsorship Management System administration to ensure the company meets its sponsor licence and Right to Work obligations.
Responsibilities
- Perform online, video, and manual Right to Work checks, verifying Share Codes and identity documentation.
- Resolve document exceptions, handle Employer Checking Service requests, and support time-sensitive visa cases.
- Audit manager-led checks and partner with People Partners on escalations.
- Create, assign, amend, and withdraw Certificates of Sponsorship via the Sponsorship Management System.
- Manage mandatory Home Office reporting for job, salary, location, or status changes.
- Process UK-controlled CoS payments and maintain audit-ready financial records.
- Collaborate with the Shared Services Centre to execute UK-specific compliance and refine operational workflows.
