About the role

Inovisco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to focus on performance recruiting and candidate experience. You will be responsible for developing targeted recruiting campaigns, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and enhancing the company's employer branding through digital channels and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage target-group-specific recruiting campaigns across job boards and social media
• Analyze recruiting KPIs such as conversion rates and cost-per-hire to optimize processes
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborate with department heads and leadership to meet hiring goals
• Build and maintain a talent pool and utilize active sourcing strategies
• Create authentic recruiting content and execute employer branding activities
