About the role

The AI Automation Engineer will be responsible for optimizing digital processes and developing efficient IT solutions. The role focuses on the automation, integration, and development of smart workflows across various company departments, utilizing AI-based tools to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer (SaaS-)Anwendungen im Unternehmen
• Einrichtung, Installation und Konfiguration von Standard-Software
• Dokumentation und Konzeption digitaler Geschäftsprozesse
• Planung und Einführung neuer Software- und IT-Lösungen
• Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zur Verbindung von Standardlösungen
• Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mit Tools wie Make, Zapier oder durch API-Integrationen
• Fehleranalyse, Störungsbeseitigung und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
