Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

12Build is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and measurability of their AI-driven features. You will act as the architect for operational visibility, translating complex telemetry data into actionable insights. The role involves leading strategic projects focused on application performance, monitoring infrastructure, and AI agent telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core monitoring structures for the SaaS platform.
• Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) in Datadog.
• Build operational visibility layers by aggregating telemetry signals and performance metrics.
• Measure and optimize AI agent performance, including success rates and output quality.
• Coach developers on performance data and visualize metrics for the wider team.
