About the role
As a Windows Low Level Engineer, you will design and develop advanced security features for SentinelOne's Windows endpoint protection platform, working across both user-mode and kernel-mode environments. You will build and optimize mission-critical components, including anti-tampering protections and network sensors, while solving complex performance and stability challenges at scale. This role involves researching Windows internals and collaborating with distributed engineering teams to deliver high-impact security capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced security features for the Windows endpoint protection platform in modern C++.
- Work in both user-mode and kernel-mode environments to build and optimize mission-critical components.
- Research Windows internals and debug complex system issues to ensure performance and stability.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to lead features through the full development lifecycle.
- Share knowledge within the Platform and Windows engineering groups.
