About the role

The Platform Solutions Team is building the next-generation advanced entity resolution and quality assurance solution to empower Financial Crime programs. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the redesign and optimization of products to make them cloud-ready, effective, and maintainable on an AWS-based platform. You will focus on resiliency, operability, and supportability while driving modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Actively collaborate with architects and senior engineers to drive the re-architecture and modernization of products and services.
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and design limitations, implementing solutions that boost scalability and cloud compatibility.
• Lead communication and documentation of design shifts and modernization initiatives.
• Champion high standards in code quality, automated testing, and reliability.
• Mentor and support teammates, promoting knowledge sharing and brainstorming.
• Guide agile teams to deliver cloud-optimized solutions and encourage continuous improvement.
