About the role

Active Nutrition International GmbH is seeking an HR Manager for their factory location to serve as a primary contact for employees and management. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, overseeing payroll and time management, and ensuring compliance with labor and social security laws. You will work closely with the Senior HR Manager to drive HR processes and organizational development in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for employees and managers regarding operational HR topics and labor law.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of digital personnel files.
• Support payroll preparation and manage time tracking, shift models, and absence management.
• Provide advice on labor, wage tax, and social security law, and manage audit processes.
• Continuously optimize HR processes and support HR reporting and controlling.
