Senior Product Manager - Growth

About the role

You will serve as the product owner for the user journey from initial discovery through to the first reward sent. You will be responsible for building the growth team from the ground up, defining the roadmap, and optimizing self-serve conversion flows. This role requires a strategic approach to growth that operates without traditional product-led levers like free tiers or trials.

Responsibilities

• Own the signup, onboarding, and first order experience for users.
• Develop the growth roadmap and staff the team through internal transfers and new hires.
• Build systems to enable rapid testing and iteration of landing pages and conversion flows.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute end-to-end campaigns.
• Implement and scale acquisition channels such as referrals, programmatic SEO, and interactive tools.
• Define and manage incentive systems for new users.
